Can you clarify how the site isn’t working for you? What happens when you go to https://maggiejprice.netlify.app/? Visiting the URL and it resolves properly. Let us know if you’re still having issues and what you see when visiting that URL.
So looking at everything in the thread my problem is most likely the same as the original poster. I have tried setting the publish path to both public, and build. I have it sent to npm run build for the deploy. The issue im getting is the query path to get my manifest.json and other build resources is “netlify.app/%PUBLIC_URL%/manifest.json” and it won’t replace “%PUBLIC_URL%”. Earlier in this thread the original poster said that it was an issue having to do with react-router-dom as noted in the solution. The only problem is that the doc she linked to goes to a page that doesn’t exist anymore. So i’m not sure what she did to fix it.
Please check if your publish directory is build and not public. If it’s build and still not working, please share your site name/id/deploy or any other useful piece of information. 
I tried the build as the directory and nothing. I also tried deploying it with gh pages and noticed the issue only arises because of react router dom because when i removed my router element and just put a test div in instead, it worked and displayed. Lmk any additional info needed

I can see the log line as:

I don’t know how you’ve configured that, but that’s the thing causing issues right now.
I thought that since that was the deployed url, that that’s what I would have the homepage set as. What should it be?

The cases where everything works fine until suddenly the site stops loading have happened to me and in such cases, looking at the deployment configuration could just mean repeating the same action again and again. In view of the Netlify discussions, it becomes essential to check the deployment, the domain, the DNS and build logs before making any conclusions regarding the entire project malfunctioning. Ironically, even in the case of checking Lottery Sambad results or Nagaland lottery results, it becomes essential to verify the information.
