Cannot set up Netlify DNS - "DNS zone for this domain already exists on NS1

Hi, I’m trying to set up Netlify DNS for thriveairoutine.com but I get the error:

“A DNS zone for this domain already exists on NS1”

This happened because I accidentally created the DNS zone through a previous
project deploy that I’ve since deleted. Now the DNS zone is orphaned and I
can’t re-create it under my current project.

Can you please delete the orphaned DNS zone for thriveairoutine.com so I
can re-create it under my current active project?

Hi, bumping this for visibility. The orphaned DNS zone for
thriveairoutine.com is still blocking me from setting up
Netlify DNS on my current project. The site has been down
since I attempted setup.

Could a staff member please clear the orphaned zone? Happy
to provide any verification needed.
