Cannot reset password

I received a notification that my account was suspended due to failed payment. I’m trying to update my card and unsuspend my account for rob-fynjwd4’s team. But I cannot login and cannot reset my password (I don’t receive a password reset email and its not in spam)

I have reached out through contact twice in the past two weeks and have heard nothing.

We did revert, but looks like you had the DNS zone for your email inside Netlify which got deleted too, thus your emails are now failing.

In short, you won’t be receiving emails on your domain till your DNS is restored.

Since the domain is purchased externally, you will have to reset the nameservers, activate the emails, and then reset your password.
