Cannot provision Let's Encrypt certificate — DNS verified successfully (metabodysme.fr)

Hello,

I’m unable to provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for my custom domain, despite a confirmed correct DNS configuration.

Site name: perdredupoidhormonotherapie.netlify.app
Custom domain: metabodysme.fr (primary domain)
Alias: www.metabodysme.fr
DNS provider: IONOS (external DNS, not Netlify DNS)

Current DNS configuration:

  • A record: @ → 75.2.60.5
  • CNAME record: www → perdredupoidhormonotherapie.netlify.app
  • No CAA record
  • No AAAA record

What I’ve already checked:

  • “Verify DNS configuration” succeeds every time (“DNS verification was successful”)
  • Immediately after, “Provision certificate” fails with: “We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.”
  • Verified via dnschecker.org: DNS propagation is confirmed at 100% worldwide
  • No blocking CAA record
  • The site loads normally over plain http (not secure) on metabodysme.fr
  • Multiple attempts over more than 24 hours, same result every time

Could you please check the certificate provisioning status on the backend, or manually trigger a new attempt for this domain?
