Cannot provision Let's Encrypt certificate despite successful DNS verification

Custom domain: amlaknamian.ir (+ www.amlaknamian.ir)
DNS provider: Netlify DNS

Issue:
I cannot provision a Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate for my custom domain. The error message is:
“We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.”

What I’ve already checked:

  • Both amlaknamian.ir and www.amlaknamian.ir show “Netlify DNS” with a green checkmark in Domain management
  • “Verify DNS configuration” returns “DNS verification was successful” and shows the message “We’re ready to provision a TLS certificate from Let’s Encrypt and install it on our CDN.”
  • Despite this, clicking “Provision certificate” immediately fails again with the same error
  • This has been failing repeatedly over multiple days, not just a one-time issue
  • No CAA records have been manually added

Could you please check on your end why certificate provisioning keeps failing despite successful DNS verification, and manually issue/renew the certificate if possible?
