# Cannot provision Let's Encrypt certificate despite fully verified Netlify DNS

Site name: luminous-kitten-349296  
Custom domain: dmarisbnc.co.kr (+ www.dmarisbnc.co.kr)

Issue: SSL certificate provisioning keeps failing with  
“We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.”

Troubleshooting already completed:

- Using Netlify DNS, nameservers fully verified (4/4 correct: [dns1-4.p07.nsone.net](http://dns1-4.p07.nsone.net))
- DNS verification succeeds in dashboard
- Domain removed and re-added — no change
- Let’s Debug ([letsdebug.net](http://letsdebug.net)) shows “All OK” for BOTH apex and www (http-01 challenge)
- Domain added 8+ days ago — past the automatic 24h/72h retry window
- No CAA, no DNSSEC, no leftover AAAA records

All externally-verifiable DNS conditions are clean. Requesting manual  
certificate provisioning or investigation into the backend issuance failure.
