Cannot provision let´s encrypt certificate - certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate

Site name: `fisiko-reservas`
Custom domain: `fisiko.reservatelo.es`

I added the subdomain as a custom domain. DNS is correct and fully propagated:

  • The subdomain is a CNAME to the project’s Netlify subdomain, verified from public resolvers
  • The `subdomain-owner-verification` TXT record is in place and resolves
  • There are no CAA records on the apex domain that could block Let’s Encrypt
  • Plain HTTP on the subdomain already returns 200 from the Netlify edge

“Verify DNS configuration” succeeds, but clicking “Provision certificate” always fails with:

certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate

I have retried several times over a period of hours. From other threads here this looks like a stale certificate record attached to the project that only your team can clear.

Could you please reset the SSL/TLS state for this project so a fresh Let’s Encrypt certificate can be provisioned for the subdomain?

Note: the account is currently running on operational credits, so production deploys are paused. Please let me know if that is what is blocking certificate provisioning.

Thank you.
