Cannot login to netlify.okta.com

My previous forum post was unlisted and moved to Zendesk.

Netlify Blob content changes on upload or download

I thought that the content of netlify blobs should be the same. The uploaded binary string should be the same as the downloaded binary string. I noticed some issues with my website downloads so I did some testing using the netlify CLI. netlify.zendesk.com redirects to netlify.okta.com for auth.
I tried signing in with my email, password combination used for answers.netlify.com and app.netlify.com. The login fails. I ask netlify.okta.com for a password reset email / verification email, but I never receive an email. How am I expected to sign in to netlify.zendesk.com?

You’re supposed to continue the communication over email. You’re not meant to log into Zendesk.
