good day
I know this is probably user error, and I am probably not the right one to deal with this technical stuff, but my team leads are busy, so I need help
Here is loom at the bottom of this message showing of my set up problems visually, but summary is I built my site in bolt.new used stackblitz and hosted with you. my files are on github, and I think have them connected to netlify properly, but apparently I do not and cloudflare is my cdn
I cannot get the recent changes to the site, live on the web, connected to the repository
here is video, please guide me, or fix, it could be my cloudflare, settings?
any help would be appreciate, and if more information is need, please ask. i am so stuck
@Aiautomates It’s hard to see the details in the video and would be time consuming to pause and transcribe them.
What is your:
- Netlify site name / site url
- Custom domain
Also, you may want to turn off the proxying in Cloudflare as Netlify advise against it, see:
https://answers.netlify.com/t/support-guide-what-problems-could-occur-when-using-cloudflare-in-front-of-netlify/138
Thank you, for the response
I am not technical and my team leads are still busy so I need as exact instructions as you can give
like color by number for a 2nd grader
netlify site name/ URL.
aiautomate.tech
custom domain is the same
my account email is thedrivingtrafficformula@gmail.com if that helps
the repository from git hub I am trying to have work is resilient-sunburst-4b4fc7.netlify.app
currently it seems to be showing https://eloquent-rabanadas-494282.netlify.app/. this is the wrong one its old, and still showing live on the web
I need it to be aiautomates.tech to be associated with resilient-sunburst-4b4fc7.netlify.app
@Aiautomates Have you disabled the proxy with Cloudflare?
If not, read the support guide that I linked and follow its instructions.
It’s Netlify documentation, and I’m just a community volunteer, as such I’m not going to spend any time “translating it” for your level of competency.
It may “do nothing”, but it’s a good place to start.
You should also make sure the new site (resilient-sunburst-4b4fc7.netlify.app
) has the domain assigned to it within Netlify’s UI (and that it is removed from the old eloquent-rabanadas-494282.netlify.app
one).
Netlify’s documentation for managing the domain’s of a site, can be found here:
https://docs.netlify.com/domains/manage-domains/manage-domains-for-a-site-app/#manage-domains-for-a-site
