Cannot add domain - already managed by another team

Hi,

My Netlify site name:
spectacular-kitsune-6e4132.netlify.app

Custom domain:
electronicsstore.site

Problem:
When I try to add my domain, I get this error:
“electronicsstore.site is already managed by another team”

I just purchased this domain from Namecheap and I am the current owner.

Please release the domain so I can connect it to my Netlify project.

Hi, following up again. It’s been 48 hours and I still cannot add my domain.

electronicsstore.site is newly purchased and I am the owner.

Could a Netlify staff please release it from the previous team?
