Cannot add custom domain – "already managed by another team" error

Hello Netlify Support Team,

I am trying to add my custom domain, espacodocabeloliso.com.br, to my Netlify site under my current account (username: [c.emanuel.pinto02@gmail.com]).

However, I am receiving the following error message: “espacodocabeloliso.com.br or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.

I have already checked all of my other possible Netlify accounts and I cannot find where this domain might be configured. I have also contacted a previous developer who worked on the site, and they confirmed it is not on their account either.

I am the legitimate owner of this domain. I can provide any necessary proof of ownership, such as a screenshot from my domain registrar’s dashboard (Registro.br), to verify this.

Could you please assist me in releasing the DNS zone for espacodocabeloliso.com.br so that I can add it to my current account?

Thank you for your help!

Best regards,

Carlos Emanuel

Hi! I’m trying to connect the domain tec.fluxia.com.ar to my Netlify site,
but I get the message “Another site is using this domain”.

I own the domain and I will add the TXT record as requested.

Please confirm when the TXT record is ready so you can release it for my account.
