Can you nudge SSL certificate provisioning?

My project sup-witches-festival (supwitchfest.com) is experiencing a longer than expected delay in provisioning an SSL Certificate

  • I am using Netlify DNS and have confirmed that DNS has propagated successfully
  • I have checked letsdebug.net with an “All Ok, No Issues Found” message
  • I have ensured there are no extraneous A or CNAME records
  • The domain registrar (SquareSpace/googleDomains) has DNSSEC turned off (for more than 24 hours)
  • I have chatted with the Ask Netlify Chatbot on this and he/she/they recommended starting this thread.

When I click on “Verify DNS Configuration” in the SSL Certificate provisioning area of Domain Management, I get the standard answer of the process, taking up to 24 hours. I’ve already tried clicking the button when it states, “Retry…” to no avail. When I revisit this section, it goes back to the initial “Verify DNS Config.”

Can you look into this to see if there’s something holding up the SSL certificate provisioning?

Hey @pwolke ,
Thanks for reaching out!

We’ve gone ahead and created a support ticket for you, so our team can follow up with you directly via email from the help desk. Our Support crew will be in touch with you by email soon.

Great news: these days anyone can reach out to Netlify Support. First, you can try getting an answer using Ask Netlify, our helpful AI search tool. If your question isn’t answered there, you can submit a ticket using the support form, and we’ll take it from there.

We’re keeping the community around for swapping ideas, sharing tips and tricks, and talking shop with other folks building on the platform — but for support issues, tickets are the way to go.

Thanks for being here, and keep an eye out for that email from us!
