Can’t verify Netlify account – no verification email received

When I try to sign up with github, I am getting this error

Authentication Error

Authenticating failed due to the following error: Your account requires additional verification. Please check your email and follow the instructions to verify your account.

Please help to fix this issue
my email is :tahabinshafique@gmail.com
i even tried with my other email still getting the same error
2nd email: computerprogram86@gmail.com

I have already created the ticket.
