Can i deploy some restify or nuxtjs apps on netlify?
Certainly, NuxtJS is very much deployable on Netlify

I know nothing about restify so am unable to advise.
Restify seems to be a framework to create Rest APIs? The docs suggest creating a live server which won’t be possible, but you can probably replicate some of that functionality using Netlify Functions.
