I think the question is self explanatory: Can I create redirects without having to trigger a full build?

Let’s say I send out a mass email and I miss-spell a url. I’m gonna want to redirect that bad url in a hurry because thousands of people might click the link before another build processes.

Short answer: no.

If you want to add, remove, or edit, redirect, you need to redeploy.
