Build stuck even though it is deployed

Hi,

I have a build that seems to be stuck, I can’t cancel it since when I press on the button “Go to deploy details” the detail page tells me everything is good and deployed but the builder instance seems to be hanging on the “Building” status even though it is done.

hi, it looks like you were able to cancel your last three deploys successfully. If you are still having issues can you please show a screenshot of what you see.

Yes I was able to cancel the last three but this was a test to try to get unstuck the one at 1h12pm is the build that is stuck

Apologies for the wait here! I’m seeing several successful deploys in the last couple of days - if you’d still like us to investigate these stuck builds, could you point to a specific deploy you had issues with and we can take another look?
