I was trying to invite users to my /admin page to be able to edit my site through Netlify CMS, but I found the ‘Identity’ button missing from the navigation bar:
(I am still able to reach the page through the url ‘app .netlify.com/sites/< sitename >/identity’ though.)

Welcome to the forums and thanks for the callout. Our product team is already aware of this in the UI and are working towards this implementation.
It seems they moved it to the Integrations tab. I found it with the following URL Netlify App<site_name>/integrations/identity/netlify
