**Domain to move:** `careerghana.org` **The issue:** I purchased this domain directly through Netlify on my old account. I am trying to add it to my new account, but I am getting the error _“already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”_ \> I have the purchase receipt ready to prove ownership, and I need a support engineer to manually release the DNS zone or transfer the domain link to my current account.
