# Billing page stuck on "Loading" for Plan/Credit balance — API returns balance: null (Team: sjsinghneuro)

Our team’s billing page (Team: sjsinghneuro) is stuck on “Loading” for Plan details, Credit balance, and Credit usage breakdown, so we can’t upgrade or add credits to resume paused production deploys.

I checked the network request directly: GET /access-control/bb-api/api/v1/sjsinghneuro/billing returns a 200 OK but with balance: null instead of a number:

This looks like the same issue others have reported today (e.g. “Free plan stuck on operational credits — production deploys paused”), so it may be a broader bug affecting free-plan credit balances right now.
