My account for BrainBoost Tutoring is currently stuck in a “Paused” state due to a credit limit error (300/300 credits used), even though my billing cycle was scheduled to reset today, January 11.

Current Status: Dashboard still shows 300 / 300 credits used.

Impact: My tutoring website is currently Paused and offline for all students.
Troubleshooting performed:
Attempted “Clear cache and deploy” (Failed with credit limit error).
Verified I am the Team Owner.
Confirmed the reset timestamp was 17:36 today.
Could you please manually refresh the credit quota for this team and unpause my projects? My students need access to the site immediately.
