Hello,
I am trying to add my custom domain to my new project, but I get the error “Another project is already using this domain”.
- Domain Name: invoicegeneratorpdf.xyz
- Current Site Name: soft-malasada-af84b0
- Support Info ID: 9c0f5049-f812-441e-a6d8-b0719e0318d6
The old account that was using this domain was registered with a temporary email and has been banned, so I cannot log in to delete it myself.
I am the rightful owner and I have already added the DNS TXT record ‘verified-for-netlify’ on Namecheap as proof. Can a staff member please manually release the domain from the banned account?
