Automatically scolling up on Docs page in netlify

I’m a new user in netify and tried to learn things.
But somehow when I go to the docs pages of netlify and just trying to read on these docs pages.
The doc pages are automatically scrolling up when I scrolling in at the middle of the page and then it’s automatically back the top of the page.

I tried to use both firefox and chromium in Debian 10.
But both of them produce the same annoying scrolling up.

Others have reported this, too, but not everyone is seeing it.

Docs scroll issue

Hi, The docs website (e.g. https://docs.netlify.com/site-deploys/manage-deploys) have a scrolling issue. Whn I try to scroll down while reading it automatically scroll some part up. It is very difficult to read the docs. I checked in different browser and in private/incognito mode too. The error persist in all cases. Please do the needful. Thanks.
