Subject: Assistance Required: Release of Domain from Deleted Account

Hello Netlify Support,

I am writing to request assistance with the domain sahabahstyles.com. The domain was previously managed under a Netlify team associated with the account “Junaid Top Picks,” which has been deleted.

Despite the deletion of that account, I am still unable to add the domain to my current Netlify site due to it being managed by another team.

Could you please help release the domain from the previous team so that I can add it to my current site?

Hi @Shakoor-Junaid thanks for reaching out to the Netlify support forums and welcome! I am happy to release the domain from the deleted the site but first I need to verify you own the domain. Right now I don’t see a txt record to prove this domain is yours.

Once this is done please write back in and I’m happy to delete the DNS zones from the account so you can add the domain to your account.
