i come in and put a serious post since i am a paying customer who is outright being ignored by support and you guys block my one and only post without providing any help or support? $50 down the drain i guess 5 days without a single response from support other than them failing to realize the “.” in gmail emails is redundant??
“priority email support” was a lie i am still left with absolutely nothing other than them being confused about the periods in gmails. OVER 3,000 CREDITS WASTED ON LOOPING AI
it continually LIED saying i was out of credits even tho i had plenty in the wallet with NO CREDIT LIMITS SET and it just ate everything for no results
no update still even with the premium email support listed under my plan
still no update money down the drain go elsewhere!
update one email response i replied with the requested info
15 hrs since their reply still waiting
refunded me 2k credits
