# Anyone from Netlify Customer Support Can Help Me Here?

I have hosted a project on netlify and now I want to use [prerender.io](http://prerender.io) for that but only netlify CS can set it from backend. But they are saying only paid customers can get a response from emails. Anyone can help me with this?
