Subject: Please release portal.employerriskadvisory.com — claimed by a project we don’t control
I’m trying to add portal.employerriskadvisory.com to my project era-hub (Project ID: a956d7a1-8c91-44fe-a508-3703a35edfd0) and receive “Another project is already using this domain.” The domain has never been added to any Netlify account we own. The apex is hosted on Lovable, and we believe their platform’s infrastructure holds the claim. To prove ownership I’ve added two TXT records to DNS: verified-for-netlify → era-hub.netlify.app, and subdomain-owner-verification → 43d63be8b2f5115f23493890fadf3ee9. Could an administrator verify and release the domain (or the portal subdomain) so I can attach it? Thank you.
