Another site is using my domain

Marked as spam, but I have 5 of these I need to get done, we don’t have access to the current server due to agency reasons to remove the domain from its current site, but we do own the domain

  • DNS issues? https://www.critterclinic.com/ this domain is being used by another site but I need to Point it to the netlify site on our server, we own the domain
