“Another site is already using this domain” issue (cleanmycalanques.fr)

My domain (cleanmycalanques.fr) is currently used by another Netlify account and I cannot access to this to remove it.

I have created the DNS record: “verified-for-netlify.cleanmycalanques.fr.”
