Hi Netlify team,
I’m running into the “another site is already using this domain” error when trying to add my domain to a new Netlify site. I’ve confirmed my DNS is set up correctly on the registrar side - A record, www CNAME, and the verified-for-netlify TXT record are all in place per your docs - and I have a support reference (ticket #072627) documenting that DNS-side troubleshooting with my registrar.
Despite that, the domain still shows as claimed by another site on Netlify’s end. From other threads here, it looks like this usually needs a staff member to manually release/reassign the domain association.
It’s been roughly 16+ hours since I first hit this. Could someone from the Netlify team take a look? Happy to share the domain name privately/via DM if that helps you locate the account faster rather than posting it here.
