Another site is already using this domain - Can you help?

Trying to connect my custom domain to my website 17c17409-3335-464b-b6ae-c8f0f8ad453d

My custom domain is bmsitoken.com, I get a message that says " Another site is already using this domain" Which is not true. I never linked the domain to any other site.

I created TXT records for Netlify verify and for
subtle-jalebi-162603 sub domain.
