Subject: Re: Ticket #1040515 — Friendly follow-up + escalation request

Hi Netlify support team,

Hope you’re well. I wanted to gently follow up on ticket #1040515,
opened May 25, 2026. I appreciate that you already released the apex
shoplogic.ca claim earlier in this ticket — thank you for that.

The ttm.shoplogic.ca claim, however, is still held by the deleted team’s
record. When I try to add it as a domain alias to my active project, I
receive: “Another project is already using this domain.”

I’m hoping you can help with two things:

  1. Could you please escalate to the domains engineering team to remove
    that lingering claim?
  2. Could you confirm an ETA in your next reply so I can plan accordingly?

For verification: I own the parent domain — both the apex and
app.shoplogic.ca are already aliased to my active project, and DNS is
now hosted at Cloudflare under my account (nameservers
shane.ns.cloudflare.com and tess.ns.cloudflare.com, verifiable via
dig NS shoplogic.ca).

This is currently blocking a production launch, so any movement you
can give us would be greatly appreciated. Happy to provide anything
else you need from my side.
