Hi!
I’m currently facing the issue where a domain is ‘held hostage’ by another developer that we’re not able to get ahold of. This results in the current error message: annevanstrien.nl or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.
- Custom domain (ownership): annevanstrien.nl
- Current app bound to the domain: van-strien.netlify.app
- Desired app to be used: anne-van-strien.netlify.app
I’ve seen the instructions for to be quickly resolved, adding the verified-for-netlify TXT record containing the support ticket number. If you see this message, I will have (hopefully) done so
