All .netlify.app sites failing with SSL secure-connection error for several days

Subject: All sites return “cannot establish a secure connection” (SSL) across multiple accounts

Hi,

For the past several days, all of my Netlify sites have been unreachable. Browsers (Safari, and others) show “cannot establish a secure connection” / SSL connection errors when opening them.

Key details:

  • This affects ALL sites on my account, including a brand-new site I created from scratch with no custom domain (default *.netlify.app subdomain).
  • It also happens on a completely separate Netlify account (my brother’s), with his own newly created site.
  • Reproduced on multiple devices (iPhone + desktop computer) and on two different networks (home Wi-Fi and mobile 5G).
  • Other HTTPS websites (e.g. google.com) load fine on the same devices/networks, so general TLS/DNS on our side is working.
  • After redeploying, the site briefly shows a blank white page, then fails again with the same secure-connection error.
  • No warnings or suspension notices appear in the Netlify dashboard, and netlifystatus.com shows all systems operational.

Example site: https://flourishing-brioche-2afd79.netlify.app

Since this affects two independent accounts and a freshly created site, it appears to be an SSL/TLS provisioning issue on Netlify’s side rather than anything in our code or configuration. Could you please investigate and re-provision the certificates for the affected sites?

Thank you.

It seems Netlify website it powerful
