All my websites are down and I can't log in at the moment

All my websites are down and I can’t log in at the moment, support is not responsive and I still have no clue why. I got the following response hours ago and then nothing:

“Your account was automatically flagged as suspicious, and our team will review the situation manually. We will check as soon as we can, and assuming you are not violating our terms of service or otherwise abusive, we will follow up via email.”

All I would like is an ETA I can give my community. I’m being DMed left and right about why the site(s) are down…
