Aitora.io still managed by another Netlify team after domain removal

Hi Netlify Support,

I’m trying to add aitora.io to my current Netlify team, but I receive this error:

“aitora.io or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”

Site name:
aitoraa.netlify.app

Deployment method/build settings:
This is a static HTML, CSS and JavaScript website deployed manually. There is no build command or publish-directory configuration.

Repository:
The website is not currently connected to a public repository.

Troubleshooting already completed:

  1. I accessed the previous Netlify team where the domain was used.
  2. I removed aitora.io from the old site/team.
  3. I tried adding aitora.io to the current team again.
  4. Netlify continues to report that the domain or one of its subdomains is managed by another team.

I own and control aitora.io and can verify ownership through its DNS provider.

Could you please release or remove the orphaned Netlify DNS zone associated with the previous team so that I can add aitora.io to my current Netlify team?

I can add a verified-for-netlify TXT record if ownership verification is required.
