Hello Netlify Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue where my AI Agent / Claude tasks are being forcefully terminated with a Cancelled (out of credits) status, despite my team profile showing a clear, active credit balance.
As seen on my dashboard:
- Team Name: Stott & basu team
- Account Email: okothlucien@gmail.com
- Current Balance: 350.2 / 500 credits remaining (Granted Sept 5, 2026).
- The Issue: When attempting to run the agent task (“Improve on-page SEO…”), the logs repeatedly mark the phases as
Cancelled (out of credits)and refuse to deploy or complete any tasks.
It appears there is a disconnect between my main team credit balance and the compute/inference execution layer. Could an admin please look into this sync error, reset the credit wall block on my agent executions, and restore any credits lost to these broken, cancelled cycles?
