“Another site is already using this domain” error trying to set custom domain “opencerts.rp.edu.sg” on site “rpopencerts”. I only have 1 site, not sure why this error.

Thank you Jen. I managed to add the custom domain and enable automatic TLS certificates with Let’s Encrypt. However, when I try to access the site using https://opencerts.rp.edu.sg/, I get some error - ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.
This site can’t be reached opencerts.rp.edu.sg refused to connect.
Anything I have misconfigured or need to configure?
It can take a moment or two for the cert to be issued. Appears to be up now!
