Add a domain with existed ns1 name server

My domain previously has ns1 name server attachted to it. I did remove it then try to add my domain in netlify. However, there is an error keep showing:
“A DNS zone for this domain already exists on NS1” error trying to create DNS zone “uscel.com”. How can I fix this?
