Hi Netlify team,
My Let’s Encrypt certificate is failing to auto-renew and I can’t clear the error from the dashboard.
- Netlify site name: sleepoptimizationblueprint.netlify.app
- Custom domain: sleepoptimization.net (primary), www.sleepoptimization.net (redirects to primary)
- DNS: Netlify DNS (shows verified/green in Domain management)
- Certificate: Let’s Encrypt, domains *.sleepoptimization.net and sleepoptimization.net
- Created: Jan 20 — Updated: May 20 — Expires: Aug 18
Exact error shown in Domain management > HTTPS:
Acme::Client::Error::OrderNotReady: Order’s status (“valid”) is not acceptable for finalization
What I’ve tried:
- Clicked “Renew certificate” (the error remains and the certificate does not update)
- Verified the site loads correctly over HTTPS on both the custom domain and the netlify.app subdomain
Since the certificate expires Aug 18, could a support engineer take a look and repair/re-provision it before auto-renewal fails? Happy to provide any additional details.
Thanks!
