My Netlify account (association.savoir69@gmail.com) has been suspended without any prior notice or explanation.
I already opened a support ticket (#1043558) but have not received any response yet.
I manage a non-profit Islamic school registration platform (La Grande Ouverture) in Lyon, France. This platform is critical for managing student enrollments for the 2026-2027 school year and the suspension is causing serious disruption.
Could a Netlify staff member please look into this and escalate ticket #1043558?
