My account was suspended without any warning, apparently by an automated fraud filter, right after I uploaded an updated static site via drag-and-drop deploy. I cannot access my dashboard and my sites return “Site not found”.

I use Netlify to host course materials for a small private group of six students. The site is a single static HTML file — no scripts calling external services, no forms, no user data collection, no commercial transactions. The second site is a simple landing page for the same course.
I have not knowingly violated any terms of service. I believe this was a false positive from the automated system.
The course started on 26 July 2026 and runs for four weeks. Students access the materials several times a week, so the outage directly affects people who paid for the program.
I am happy to provide any additional verification you need — payment details, course landing page, or proof of identity.
Please review my account manually and restore access. My students currently cannot open their course materials, and the course is running right now.
