Hello Netlify Support,
I’m following up on my support ticket #1084440 regarding my suspended account.
Account details:
- Email: gabrielpreller@gmail.com
- Login method: GitHub
- Site name: spectra-landing-prod.netlify.app
- Approximate suspension date: 08-03-2026
Error message received:
“Authentication Error
Authenticating failed due to the following error: Your account has been suspended. Please contact support for assistance.”
I received no prior warning or notification before the suspension. The only recent change I made was updating the custom domain DNS configuration for the spectra-landing-prod.netlify.app site (adding CNAME and A records to point spectra.cl to Netlify). I’m not aware of having violated any of Netlify’s Terms of Service.
Could you please review my account and let me know the reason for the suspension, and help restore access as soon as possible?
