Account suspended during active deployment — need reinstatement

Hi, my Netlify account (Chandu2013pal) was suspended today, in the middle of actively deploying two new sites and configuring their custom domains.

Sites affected:

  • portfolio-web — custom domain chandrapal.dev
  • portfolio-admin — custom domain admin.chandrapal.dev

What happened: Both sites deployed successfully via GitHub integration and were verified working with their custom domains attached. Shortly after, both domains started returning 404, and I was logged out of the dashboard — trying to log back in via GitHub OAuth now returns “Your account has been suspended. Please contact support for assistance.”

This was legitimate development work — multiple new site creations, environment variable changes, and a domain transfer within a short window — so I suspect an automated fraud/abuse flag rather than an actual policy violation.

I’ve also opened a support ticket through the site’s contact form and received an initial auto-reply, but haven’t heard back with a resolution yet. Would appreciate help getting this reviewed and reinstated.
