Account reached 100% build minutes but i have not used it so far

my account seems to be stuck, i am getting a message that my account used 100% of the build minutes for July - but I have not used it so far. The message:

You’ve reached 100% usage

Your build minutes on your account has reached 100% of the current limit for July, 2025.

Would you be able to check?
