Good afternoon
I have been trying to regain access to my sites for the past couple of weeks. I have submitted support requests on your site and no one has responded. I have even scheduled a meeting with someone name Rome who did not show on the google meets this morning. The issue is this we are a consulting firm and have not been able to gain access to our emails and or site because it is attached to the netlify account. Please if someone could get back with us that would be great. We updated our business card to be charged for billing and it still has not processed.
