Account has been suspended

I am using openclaw to buid a website app ,suddenly it warns that my api had been banned. Then I try to login (with github sso), well, that says:

Authentication Error

Authenticating failed due to the following error: Your account has been suspended. Please contact support for assistance.

Can anyone help with this? my account email (linked github) 877809779@qq.com .
