Access Denied on custom domain najm-clean.com after deleting old team

Hello,

I am trying to add my custom domain najm-clean.com to my new Netlify account, but I am receiving an “Access Denied” error.

Previously, I deleted the entire Team on my old account without deleting the DNS zone first, and now the domain is stuck.

I have already added the required TXT verification record to my DNS settings at Namecheap with the following reference code: bdb3ef3f-db3e-4280-bdf5-c395705e4c47.

Could you please manually release this domain from the deleted team/system so I can add it to my new account?

Hi support team, it has been over 24 hours and my domain is still stuck. The verification TXT record is active and ready. Could someone please check this manually? Thank you!
