503 error on ACME challenge — SSL certificate stuck, site down for 15+ hours

Hi,

My website famille-unie.com has been completely inaccessible for over 15 hours. I’m on the free plan and using Netlify DNS.

Here is what I’ve checked: - Nameservers correctly set to dns1-4.p05.nsone.net - DNSChecker confirms domain resolves to 198.54.117.242 worldwide - Let’s Debug shows a 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable on the ACME challenge endpoint - SSL certificate renewal fails with “DNS verification failed” in my Netlify dashboard - My Netlify site name is: dashing-cactus-3a8af1

It seems the server is receiving requests but not recognizing my domain, which is preventing SSL provisioning.

Could a support agent please manually check the server configuration or re-provision the certificate for famille-unie.com?

Thank you very much

Update: the domain was suspended by Namecheap due to missing Whois verification. I’ve now verified my email. Namecheap shows the domain as ACTIVE but the site still shows ‘Whois verification pending’. Could you please manually trigger an SSL certificate renewal now that the domain is active again?
